Rename Windows 10 PC. Go to Settings > System > About and select the Rename PC button in the right column under PC.
Then type the name you want to rename the computer.

Click on Expand, Right Click and select Edit –
Now Remove or Add Quick Actions or Re Arrange them as you like.
